Cool Suites is the smaller-unit wing of Wind Residences in Tagaytay, with 1-bedroom units that all have a balcony, in regular and end-unit cuts. That makes it the entry point to a Tagaytay address: the main Wind Residences units are 3- and 4-bedroom.

It suits a weekend retreat buyer or a couple who wants a Tagaytay base, since the units are small and the shared amenities are not: an indoor heated pool, a sky lounge and tennis, badminton and pickleball courts. SM Hypermarket Tagaytay is 750 m away, and Tagaytay Medical Center 3.3 km.
